Due to variations in PC monitor/PC screen settings , screen settings on wide range of mobile devices and the wide variations in natural material colors, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Colors dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.

We accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase.

International customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items.

Please inform us about any damage in transit or missing items promtly.Within 1-2 days after receiving the shipment or 3-5 days of estimated time of arrival. Prompt notice give us information that such damage/loss of parcel content happend in transit but not otherwise.

We will refund or replace such goods free of charge to the customer.

Products must be returned in the original packaging. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

The return address will be sent in your return confirmation email. No label is provided. Please write the return address clearly on your post package

before bringing it to the post office or post courier.

You will receive a refund according to the original amount for original item paid by original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Once your return is processed, It can take around three weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by us. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be provided to the credit card or by other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Depending on your financial company, it may take an additional 3-12 business days after your credit is applied for it to be shown on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
